Session one: 20 squats with alternating single-arm shoulder press, 10 push-ups, 20 mountain climbers, 20 weighted ab rotation, 10 lunges with biceps curls, 10 bent-over row with triceps kickback, run/walk 400m (or rower at the gym). Repeat four times.
